By default CUPS logrotate starts daily at 7:35am, and after the rotate CUPS is restarted. So, early bird users (Job Ticket operators) might encounter an error when submitting print jobs around 7:35am. Of course SavaPage recovers as soon as CUPS is up again, but you can also reset logrotate to e.g. 6:35am.
